Happy 4th, While your out BBQ'n, You may be thinking about your fitness goals, or trying to get everything ready for the firework display your going to have and the goal there to make it spectacular.
I want you to think about how the USA came about.
The men and Women who set a goal to create this nation, what they sacrificed to make a nation that has so much good and does so much for the world. This isn't a political site, But I do want you to at least take a moment and think, as a nation are our leaders still following the goals the founders started? If not are the new goals better or worse? If Worse, what goals can we set to make them get back to the right goals.
