Do’s & Don’ts

For the purposes of this blog, I thought that a good do’s and don’ts category could help you get to it in a nice and quick manner. Think about it; if you are reading this, you want to start setting goals and achieving them now not later. This can be a quick guide for re-reading later.

Do's

1. Visualize the outcome You want.

2. Write down your course of action in an easy format that can be marked off with each accomplishment

3. Think positive

4. Surround yourself in positive motivating factors

5. Set your plan of action as soon as you know what you want and start right away

6. Be realistic in your setting your goals

7. Be specific in the goals you choose

8. Learn to be organized in your thinking patterns

9. Make an effort to keep track of all of your achievements

10. Share your achievements with those around you

the Don'ts

1. Go into your goal with a I can't attitude

2. Try to memorize How your going to reach your goals

3. Let yourself be overwelmed with the negatives or set backs

4. Forget the reason why you have set up your goals in the first place

5. Procrastinate, wait to get started

6. Set your goals too high to achieve them

7. Set goals that are too vague

8. Let anything get in the way of achieving your goals

9. Downplay your achievements

10. Let yourself lose focus and get off track of reaching your goals.
